Eating Ethiopian Airlines is so friendly. I enjoyed the staff in the hospitality from the front desk to on boarding and off board. My first experience flying overseas was smooth and fantastic. The staff was so genuine and it just so happen to be New Year’s when we landed in a Daiza Baba thank you, Ethiopian Airlines.

App is terrible. Hard to do anything with it.
Useless App for a Useless Airline
This app doesn’t work, doesn’t store the info you spend time inputting. Can’t check in. The useless airline keeps switching planes to older non lie flat bizz class after selling you on the promise of the new configuration.

This airline changed my sister’s seat on two different flights, as she arrived at the airport. Then they say there’s nothing that can be done. Then, as you are talking to customer service, they hang up. Fly Brussels.
