It never works I can’t get access to practically anything. Whoever created this app needs to redo it cause this is asinine
App crashes repeatedly
After a few weeks of using it, I can’t even open the app without it crashing repeatedly.
Hard to communicate confusing and to use
I have 4 different apps to manage my mom’s medical, this is by far the worst to use. Communication with the Dr doesn’t allow to reply to specific messages or providers with in the practice. You have to just post a new message and due to this critical things get missed. The app opens to a icon of a microphone and have no idea what that’s for then to message the practitioner you click connect which asks if it’s an emergency then if you say no it allows you to post a message. This message can’t be sent to a specific provider or reply to a previous message so all context is lost. Who ever designed this app needs some User Interface training. I have 4 different apps to access my Mom’s care providers and this is by far the worst. Wish all care could use one app. Hopefully not this one.

Dysfunctional
Hard to use. Often won’t open. Most common needs are layers down and not easy to find. Bah. Website just as awful.
