Subpar app for a great company
The app itself is essentially some sort version of the website, which in and of itself isn’t awful, but there are several issues that make the experience not worth spending your time on. Firstly, you are prompted to create an account, which is fine, but when you go to favourite a scent it asks you to log in again, despite having already logged in to use the app (one would assume). This happens every time you go to favourite something. The second annoyance is that adding multiple items to your cart as you browse just does not work, which is exceptionally frustrating. This feels like such an absolute shame as the company themselves are fantastic, but the build of this app is absolutely not befitting them.
