Excellent products variety but app isn’t working properly

App is acting funny when you want to add or remove products from basket. Also, the shipping protection fee is charged automatically. You must click to remove it, and pay attention when proceeding to check out because it will keep the fee “on” so you have to remove it again. Last purchase, I didn’t pay attention and ended up paying the shipping protection fee. I sent an email to customer services to report the situation. It’s been five days and still no reply.
