Excellent products variety but app isn’t working properly
App is acting funny when you want to add or remove products from basket. Also, the shipping protection fee is charged automatically. You must click to remove it, and pay attention when proceeding to check out because it will keep the fee “on” so you have to remove it again. Last purchase, I didn’t pay attention and ended up paying the shipping protection fee. I sent an email to customer services to report the situation. It’s been five days and still no reply.

Disappointed with a product recommendation, I sent an email and another product was recommended. Not an offer to return the product. I consulted with a Yonka rep and they were also surprised at the product recommendation.

Checking out of cart is confusing - hard to tell if discounts are applied correctly. Always doing the math myself to double check the numbers. Also, the information displayed during check out is very “busy” - could be presented in a much simpler format, especially for customers who already have an account and you already have their address.

This is the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m so sorry I ever stumbled upon this site. DON’T BE FOOLED, the people are nothing like the syrupy narrative they will have you believe on their website. Once they have your credit card, good luck trying to return an item, even if the product hasn’t left the store yet! Imagine! They treated me in such an arrogant, smug and dismissive manner that was so offensive. I was actually shocked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. These people truly don’t deserve one cent of your hard earned money.
