So for some reason, it keeps logging me out instead of using my face recognition like it used to, and when it goes to log back in the authorization code never gets sent to my phone at this point I just tell the teacher to call me

Needs another update- no notifications
I am missing crucial and time sensitive updates because it isn’t sending me notifications even with the proper settings.
I am also unable to message my child’s teacher unless she messages me first.

This app has never worked. And once again, start of the school year and still doesn’t work!

This app would be an amazing tool for keeping in touch with my kids school and teachers….if it actually worked properly.
Another year and it still seems glitchy as ever. I guess the developers were on summer vacation too cause it’s still crashing and logging me out every 5 seconds.
Thankfully, I only have 1 kid using this app this year. I had multiple kids using this platform last year and it was a nightmare. It would sign me out every time I tried to switch kids and I never got notifications about messages.
Etiwanda School District….fix this. Or use a working platform like parent square or remind 🙄.
