Needs another update- no notifications

I am missing crucial and time sensitive updates because it isn’t sending me notifications even with the proper settings.

I am also unable to message my child’s teacher unless she messages me first.

Still doesn’t work

This app has never worked. And once again, start of the school year and still doesn’t work!

The worst

This app would be an amazing tool for keeping in touch with my kids school and teachers….if it actually worked properly.

Another year and it still seems glitchy as ever. I guess the developers were on summer vacation too cause it’s still crashing and logging me out every 5 seconds.

Thankfully, I only have 1 kid using this app this year. I had multiple kids using this platform last year and it was a nightmare. It would sign me out every time I tried to switch kids and I never got notifications about messages.

Etiwanda School District….fix this. Or use a working platform like parent square or remind 🙄.

Logs me out

Slow and glitchy

Hard to navigate with multiple students, slow when loading, glitchy. Wish the district didn’t switch to this for communication. There’s also no way to reaction to teacher announcements unless you message them.

Loving the app!

I find this app refreshing, to have everything school related in one place is so convenient! Definitely has its kinks but overall a great app.

Crashes

The app crashes every time I try to go to forgot password. It have not even got signed in to rooms yet. Hope if there is anything important in there the teacher figures out another way to contact me.

Wish there’s a ZERO star

Would’ve given absolutely Zero score if there were. Horribly hard to navigate and there’s no way to even start with a successful account registration. Shall we simply use texts?

Need to update.

When the summer just started, the app works fine. Not the best UI as when teacher uploads pictures, I would need to click on each one of them, go out, and click the next picture. You can not scroll through to browse. I think a week or 2 ago, the app starts to crash a lot. Every time when I get a notification and click in, it crashes. And I would need to restart the app. Please kindly fix the bug and improve UI. Thanks.

Keep getting errors

Was told by the school district to download this app for the new year but no instruction given at all. The app has no way to create a username and password for rooms it just asks for login…when I click forgot password it just crashes and closes the app…useless at this point unless it’s fixed before school starts.
