Needlessly Complicated

Our venue just switched to this service and it’s wretched. Our previous service had one report that covered everything, here there are 37 reports that are nearly impossible to decipher. The team behind this company should consider that others have to use and interact with this software. There’s a ton of codes/abbreviations that only someone in the medical records field could cope with. Bloated website and a confusing experience for the user

The app will not open beyond the logo screen. I have deleted and it and downloaded it again. Cannot get it to open.
