Thank you for your feedback. At eTournament Fishing, we encourage constructive feedback from anglers and tournament organizations. In fact, many of the features and improvements in the app today are the direct result of suggestions from our users. Regarding app performance, online functionality can be affected by several factors, including the user’s device, cellular provider, signal strength, and available internet bandwidth—particularly at remote fishing locations. App performance and reliability remain top priorities, and extensive testing is part of our development and release process. We also want to directly address the concern regarding catch-location data. eTournament Fishing takes the privacy and protection of user information very seriously. Catch-location information is protected and is not made available beyond the applicable event period. eTournament Fishing does not sell or share anglers’ catch-location data with third parties for commercial purposes. Our commitment to protecting user information is reflected in our published privacy policies. We welcome constructive feedback and remain committed to improving the experience for anglers and tournament organizations.

Very Inconsistent
I also wasn't impressed with the communication. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, the "app director" seemed more interested in reminding people that he was a retired police officer. Tournament apps should make events run smoother, not create unnecessary headaches. This app needs major improvements in reliability, consistency, and customer service.
