没有收到会员

一直扣费到2026年7月1日，这之间扣费了大概有26次，扣费1248元左右，但是我没有收到软件的会员，也没有使用，扣费是孩子不小心第一次点击到的，也没有收到软件的扣费提醒，可以查看软件的使用信息，我也接受软件的调查，使用信息联系了苹果客服申请退款，两次申请都没有通过，款项被驳回，我需要就这个账单，儿童未成年购买以及没有使用的情况，需要申请退款或者专人客服联系我处理
