Does not work
I cannot understand what someone is saying and fails to comprehend the complete sentence of the spoken word in Vietnamese.
I tested it with my wife who is Vietnamese from Hanoi
It cannot pickup either the spoken language English or Vietnamese and translate.
It does not function as described in the advertisement.

Sorry for the experience. We'd like to investigate this further. Could you let us know which Vietnamese dialect you were translating (Northern, Central, or Southern, if known), and which feature you were using (Text, Voice, Real-Time, or Camera Translate)? Please contact us at lihui.pan@hkapplabs.com with a few example translations, and we'll look into the issue and continue improving Vietnamese translation quality.

Sorry for the confusion, and we sincerely apologize for not responding sooner. At the moment, Instant Translator does not support offline translation. We understand this may have been disappointing if you were expecting to download language packs for offline use.
