You both said it’s better than Google. It’s not 10% of Google and I’m not a Google fan. It is unfit for purpose. Do not buy this.‼️

After using it for a couple of months now it’s absolutely useless. The translation is un meaningless.

Oui : l'application utilise la sortie audio standard de l'iPhone. Si vos appareils auditifs fonctionnent déjà avec votre iPhone, le son des traductions y sera envoyé de la même façon, sans réglage particulier. Vous pouvez le vérifier gratuitement avant tout achat. WiFi Required

I was disappointed to discover that WiFi had to be available in order for your software to work. Therefore, it was not nearly as useful as I thought it would be. Please cancel my weekly subscription. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback — a clarification that may help: the app doesn't require WiFi. Online mode works over cellular data as well, and offline mode works with no connection at all once you've downloaded the language pack you need (the download itself requires internet, after that it doesn't). A little more detailed explanation for us older folks that are not use to technology would be appreciated but my trip to Thailand in 10 days will a bit easier than 2 other translators I purchased, I do believe. My future mother in law should be very happy to have a conversation with me easily

Does not work

I purchased this app and it doesn’t work very well translating incorrectly for Vietnamese language.

I cannot understand what someone is saying and fails to comprehend the complete sentence of the spoken word in Vietnamese.
I tested it with my wife who is Vietnamese from Hanoi
It cannot pickup either the spoken language English or Vietnamese and translate.
It does not function as described in the advertisement.

Заплатил за пожизненное пользование 10000 руб, а результата, как в инстаграмной рекламе, нет. При живом разговоре приложение очень долго думает при переводе простейших фраз. Нет возможности поменять тембр и гендер голоса. За что я, спрашивается, заплатил? Встроенный эппловской переводчик даже быстрее переводит живую речь. Да плюс к тому там есть гибкие настройки тембра и гендера голоса. И абсолютно бесплатно. За такую халтуру, да еще с такой обдираловкой больше единицы ставить не буду!

No customer service

I have tried repeatedly to download Spanish language so I can use the app when I am off-line. I have found no way to download the app, despite following all of the written information. I have repeatedly asked for assistance from Instant Translator and I have never received an answer. Basically the app is useless to me. I wish I could give it zero stars.

We understand this may have been disappointing if you were expecting to download language packs for offline use. ich habe gestern die App installiert und für ein Jahr bezahlt und hätte eine Woche ein Probeabo. da die App überhaupt nicht funktioniert, habe ich heute wieder gekündigt. Das Datum wurde zurückgesetzt, so dass ich nun ein Jahresabo an der Backe habe. Es wurde direkt das kündigungsdatum vom nächsten Jahr angezeigt. Die App ist absolut unbrauchbar, da die Übersetzung gar nicht funktioniert. 45 € für nichts ausgegeben😡😡😡😡Schrott! Ich möchte mein Geld zurück für nicht funktionierende Leistung!

I purchased the app but the translation in real time with context does not keep track of the translation once you end the process of taping. While you speak, you see the translation in French (I use Russian to French), at the end, you press on “end”. But all the translation you have seen while speaking has disappeared. The interface is NOT user friendly.
