Extremely inaccurate translations
After using it for a couple of months now it’s absolutely useless. The translation is un meaningless.

Désolés pour ce problème. Le mode conversation à deux devrait fonctionner normalement : commencez par vérifier que vous utilisez bien la dernière version de l'application. Si vos appareils auditifs fonctionnent déjà avec votre iPhone, le son des traductions y sera envoyé de la même façon, sans réglage particulier. Vous pouvez le vérifier gratuitement avant tout achat. WiFi Required

Thanks for the feedback — a clarification that may help: the app doesn't require WiFi. Online mode works over cellular data as well, and offline mode works with no connection at all once you've downloaded the language pack you need (the download itself requires internet, after that it doesn't). Gracias por lo del interfaz, nos alegra que te resulte cómodo. Sobre las llamadas: iOS no permite que las apps accedan al audio de una llamada telefónica, así que la traducción no puede funcionar dentro de la llamada. La alternativa es activar el altavoz y usar el modo conversación. Si el anuncio que viste daba a entender otra cosa, escríbenos a lihui.pan@hkapplabs.com con una captura: queremos revisarlo.

Does not work
I cannot understand what someone is saying and fails to comprehend the complete sentence of the spoken word in Vietnamese.
I tested it with my wife who is Vietnamese from Hanoi
It cannot pickup either the spoken language English or Vietnamese and translate.
It does not function as described in the advertisement.

Could you let us know which Vietnamese dialect you were translating (Northern, Central, or Southern, if known), and which feature you were using (Text, Voice, Real-Time, or Camera Translate)? We understand this may have been disappointing if you were expecting to download language packs for offline use.
