Do not book from them. They are overpriced and customer service is terrible. Also, they are the reason why Booking.com was banned in Turkey.

They don’t care about customer satisfaction. Everything is just about money for them. If possible, I would give zero stars
Politically engaged
The owner of this app is the minister of tourism in Turkey, too much politically engaged, too antidemocratic. No one upholding such values should make reservation through this app. Few years ago, they killed Booking.com and became a dominant app. Too dirty.

My reservation got cancelled
I made reservation through ETS application. But I received call from ETS that hotel has refused to accept the reservation made through ETS and I should directly call hotel for reservation. It is very bad incident and I have never experienced before. How can a hotel refused to accept the reservation made through ETS application. Bad experience with ETS and bad response of hotel to cancel my reservation.
