Keeps crashing
App keeps crashing and logging me of and asking to reset nearly every time I log into the app Needs updating and bugs fixed
Black screen
The app is not working. I downloaded and the screen it is blank.

Just dreadful. Appalling app. Constantly logs you out and won’t log back in again. Unbelievable the bugs haven’t been removed as it’s been useless for years.
Unreasonably overprotected
Pay at the till and says change password. Why? Why I need to change password regularly? For my morning coffee? So annoying while people standing behind me. Overprotected without a valid reason to buy coffee in staff canteen

Poor app does not work half the time, does not load or logs you out and then prompts you to use forget password…which doesn’t work.

The person that designed this app should be fired! For a discount app it is too annoying and slow so much that I prefer not to use it. And on top of everything, it is asking you to change password frequently. This isn’t a banking app! What is going to happen? They will use my one free coffee? OMG it is the end of the world 🙄

Rubbish blank screen after reloading
Doesn’t work well if you use Apple Pay
If you have Apple Pay then the “tap to display ID tag” doesn’t work very well, when you turn your iPhone upside down for the scanner to read then you iPhone will think you’re trying to use Apple Pay and bring up your credit card - not very good!!!
Can’t log in
I simply can’t login I tried everything but no luck I even send them a email for a discount card but no reply from then still waiting very unprofessional behaviour

Useless, won’t validate my account. Every time I send a validation email and follow the link it either says expired or wrong password entered given up now

This app is an absolute JOKE. It keeps saying can’t login, login failed, even reset password and was able to login to the main website but not working on the app. It’s really annoying and frustrating. Unable use the app. Developers do your job properly please!!! 😬😡
Obstacle
I found out that not all the companies are implemented in the list ... The car rental companies - missing , the storage company also missing I did not went further but this is a sloppy job of application ! Or this companies are not important for Eurest .... smh . Fix your issues !!
USELESS
My app hasn't worked on several occasions whereby the Till operator has offered me their card, quite irritating and embarrassing since there's always a queue and limited breaks mean agitated colleagues needing to eat and get back to work😡
Slow and irritating
Every time I open this app it has logged me out and forgets my pincode! so at the till I have to log in and it treats me as a new user going through the setup which is frustrating when people are waiting behind you!

well i would like to think that technology would simplify things, but can honestly say that it can only simplify things if used in a simple manner with a bit of common sense.
not sure why i had to login to this app again and why can i not add my heathrow rewards card in to my wallet so it all stays in one. seems a bit like the service we get in are staff restaurants slow.
