At the European Environment Agency, we truly value user input as it helps us improve the European Air Quality Index app. We are continuously working to enhance its stability, accuracy, and ease of use. Please note that in the latest version of the app you can check the modelled map that will show you the information in your location. The number, location, and operation of air quality monitoring stations are determined by each country’s authorities, in line with the requirements set out in the Ambient Air Quality Directives. The European Environment Agency (EEA) publishes the data reported by countries but does not influence where or how many stations are operated. For more information on your country’s air quality monitoring network, please contact your national or local environmental authority. Please ensure that you update to the latest version so that you can enjoy all the features and improvements that are continuously being added.
