I hate this app its so annoying I never get any notifications nor my teachers just go back to classdojo

Constantly being logged out missing messages and posts from teachers, app force quits when I try to reset password all I need to do is keep track and in contact with the teacher! Hate this app
Error On Messages
I believe a recent fix/update broke the messages portion. It also cleared out any convos we had with teachers prior to the error and we cannot send messages to teachers.
Very frustrating app
I don’t receive any notifications even though all messages are enabled and have checked all settings. Also, when I log and and see that there’s a message, you click on the tab (where it’s showing a message) and I get an ERROR. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing works. It’s quite frustrating. Front office can’t help.

No notifications?
Unless I am missing something, the app does not notify you when you have a message which has led to many missed messages from the school and teachers. This new app was supposed to make communication better but has in fact done the opposite.

Sorry to hear about your frustrations with notifications. While notifications were not available in the first version of the app, they have been available in all subsequent versions. You may want to check if you have the most recent version by simply going to the app in the App Store. You will see 'Update' if a new version is available. You may also need to turn on notifications for the EUSD app in the Settings app: Settings > Notifications > EUSD > Allow Notifications. Please contact the school's front office if you still have notification issues and they will help you to get it working
