Do not buy this charger

The app has to be closed and reopened every single time you use it, even if it’s only been a couple of minutes since you last opened it. The charger is unreliable and also is in efficient in solar only mode. Stay away from this piece of garbage.

Unable to get customer support

Can someone please reach out with some technical support. The app crashes every time I click on my charger. I have re downloaded the app three times now. Restarted my phone twice. Nothing seems to work. I am unable to use my charger from what I can see unless I use the app, which means I can’t charge my car.
