Worst app I’ve ever dealt with
This app and Evan’s banks measures of security are absolutely worthless and absurd. You cannot get to anything that you need to and if you try to reset anything, you need every last bit of information, that’s never available through paperwork sent to you, or accesible online, so you’re stuck. There’s no way to access anything and there’s no way to get info to change or correct any account log in or information.
This completely worthless app is only good for frustration. There are many, many decent apps and online interactions at this point that are straightforward. Some serious lessons need learned from Evan’s bank by literally any other app.

App doesn’t work
The app on iOS 18 doesn’t work. Doesn’t even open. Kind of hard to run a business when you can’t even keep tabs on your bank accounts without the use of a computer. Evans has also embraced the “tax your clients to death” fee model. I guess this is in anticipation for their buyout in March.
App is a little outdated
Been an Evans Bank customer for 8 years, and the app is so-so. There aren’t many banking options. It’s also annoying that when you’re entering your password, the letters don’t show up briefly, and there’s no option to unhide the password to check it.
Worst Banking App
Evans may have friendly tellers, but their online banking and app are the worst of any bank I’ve seen in my 30 years of banking. Features are very limited and the user interface feels like 1999 (ugly and difficult to navigate). I just spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to transfer money from another bank – I don’t even think it can be done. There’s a ‘Help’ button, but virtually nothing of use there. Frustrating.

Not Satisfactory
Frequently buggy, Face ID sign on does not work, requires resetting of password often. These hiccups have caused delay in transactions. Cannot recommend.
