Totally useless Charger
I should have known better than to purchase the EvBox charger, it is totally useless, it is not possible to programme the charger to charge at a future time.
This is a follow up to my comments about a year ago.
Customer service is nonexistent, charger charges at 5mph so for the 5 hours off peak rate it puts 25 miles into the car.
The app is useless, won’t connect to a charger 4 feet away!!!!
Go nowhere near this company!!!!!

Don’t do it! Just don’t!
Utter shambles.
We have one of these piles of garbage as a public charger near us. It’s been in about 2 years and not a single person has been able to get a charge from it.

Waste of time
App never connects to charger. Useless
App crashes and no way of getting tech support.
Installer mode crashes the app. I have latest iOS version. Called tech support in the US and now on hold for 30 minutes and not confident I will get anyone. Does EV box have anyone working for them these days? This does not make me want to sell Ev box units. Tech support should be job #1. Very disappointing.
