It works, but UI could be better
This app works, but the UI makes it difficult to answer simples questions like “When will my vehicle start charging?”
For example, the message “Not charging - No smart charge planned or being delivered” is shown immediately after plugging in my vehicle during peak hours. But this isn’t actually correct - I’m using Eversource managed charging, and charging will in fact start during off-peak hours.
I wish the app would be clearer about this and differentiate it from the condition of “Your car is plugged in, but something is wrong with managed charging and it will not start charging later tonight” which has also happened to me a couple of times.

Excellent app
This app help us save money. Charge your vehicle and get rewards.
Disappointing
The app constantly disconnects so I never get the rebates that should come with a peak charging.
There seems to be no way to talk to a person and fix this.

App struggles to refresh
The app really struggles to refresh data. For example car has been plugged in for a couple of hours but the app says 70% charged lasted updated 2 days ago.
No matter what I do it just doesn’t refresh the info.

Awful app
This is the most non intelligent app (they claim they have an algorithm—PLEASE) to monitor. Listen when I plug in the charger at work where I have free charging and not at home it should know and charge on priority not on some poorly implemented scheduler in the app. If there was no monetary benefit or rebates I would get rid of this app right away. There is no reason to create stress to the user when the user plugs it in with intention to charge and the app forces the vehicle to not charge. At least implement a popup to override whenever plugged in. That simple—than some “algorithm” that is poorly developed.
