Great Customer Service

I had a problem where my car charged to 100% when it was supposed to stop at 80%. I let Optiwatt know. The rep I was working with constantly kept me updated on this issue. It’s been a few months and I’ve received 5 emails with updates, even if there wasn’t anything new. She would just contact me to let me know they were still working on it.

Easy way to optimize energy usage

I connected my EV and thermostat in a few minutes when I was invited to join a program. Simple experience and glad to be supporting my local grid by shifting my charging and lowering my AC in the summer for a little while.

App / System is unreliable and unresponsive

Waste of time, does not work with vehicles or Provider. The support is non existent. Frequent overrides of charging requests and creates logistical problems
