Completely unworkable
Not user friendly, to the point we couldn’t get it to work. Really. Really hate this app and the charger.

Worst app I have ever used. Can’t recommend to not use highly enough.

Terrible EV charging network, often did not work.
Not functional
The app doesn’t work. When I scan a charger’s QR code, the app stays frozen on the following screen with a loading wheel that never turns.
Didn’t think it could get worse
My building, unfortunately, uses this charging network. Loop is, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. Despite having an account, Loop makes me select either “guest mode” or “sign in” every time I open the app, and never remembers my preferences. Previously, it would at least remember that I use Apple Pay, and it would remember this when I would pay to begin my charge. Now, it seems that even that is too much for this app to comprehend, so it makes me select a new payment method every single time I go to start a charge. This is time intensive, obnoxious, and unnecessary.
