Trash containers

The app keeps taking my in circles to report I need a new container because the wheels fell off today when the truck stopped it. The app asked me to sign in and then wants a new sign in for my account number. But the app won’t let me enter it.

Update or no update

I have used this app many times and am glad to say it has worked to make notifications and reports many times. However it is currently telling me repeatedly that I need to update the app. When I try there are no updates available. When I check the App Store it says that the last update was 7 months ago. Something needs fixing, but not by me.

App does not work

Really Los Angeles? You can’t give us an app that works? The city council needs to take this seriously! Our streets are full of trash and being used as dumping grounds. Sidewalks are cracked. Streetlights are out. Graffiti is blighting our parks and beaches. Take a small percentage of our local taxes and give us an app that actually works!

Bring back the old app

I agree with many others here that the old app was far superior to this new one. It doesn’t even recognize me. I tried to open the app using the same name and password I’ve always used. It doesn’t seem to recognize either. I tried resetting the password and it won’t send a new code. Now I can’t ask for services.
