Another LA City Fail
I’m technically saavy. This app is terrible. Users are encouraged to login using LADWP credentials, yet the app doesn’t recognize them (I tested them on the LADWP website and same credentials work there). The app times out, giving the user an error message that it must be connected to WiFi, notwithstanding that the phone is connected to WiFi.

Garbage. Pure garbage
This looks and feels
Like it was built by the lowest bidder, then quickly abandoned. LA City government looks incompetent.

This app makes LA residents part of the solution
Since I started using this app, every request or complaint I've filed has been resolved within the appropriate business days.
Bulk trash scheduling, complaints about homeless encampments, clearing sidewalks turned dumpster due to lack of maintenance by private owners, water pipes broke, hazardous electrical cables.
I am so glad technology like this is part of our beautiful city care!
As of 2023, Los Angeles City alone had an estimated population of 3,820,914. This makes it the second-most populated city in the United States after New York City.
Add to it the number of irresponsible and reckless individuals in this gigantic place, and I can perfectly understand how public resources get stretched thin, especially when many wealthy private citizens also take advantage of public resources for the benefit of their businesses without equitably giving back to the community.
I love this app and highly recommend it to every Los Angeles resident. I am happy I can use this technology to help care for the city and support the public institutions on its front lines.
Keep up the good work, and keep improving (I would like to be able to add videos).
Best regards
