Bugs
Just downloaded app while board on metro to see what this is about. Bugs are apparent as soon as you select an option in the screen to read “code of conduct” or just look through what can be done via the app. Don’t recommend it for safety at all if that’s the case.
Fix the app and respond to reports.
This app is meaningless if Metro staff refuse to respond to reports. This app is especially meaningless if it crashes when trying to submit reports.

app hasnt been usable in god knows how long. please get it working soon or create an alternative
App still doesn’t work
The app hasn’t worked for weeks, but it’s not like metro cares anyway. People smoking drugs, people selling drugs, people getting violent, etc. I’ll be on the train for at least 40 minutes and security never comes on board even when I give the closest station and train car ID
No longer functions
This app has now completely stopped functioning, and only displays it is out of service for the past several weeks.
