Good, responsive

The App is good and the county is responsive. The one bad thing is the app name - The Works. Here’s the thing - if you have a lot of apps, remember the name or you will not find it! Searching “LA, County, Road, Maintenance” or any other key word that SHOULD make sense, returns no results.

They don’t respond

LA County Public Works simply won’t respond, or fix issues on here. Such a waste.

Incredible

Everything you want a city to be doing. Service request feature works, and the turnaround time on the requests is incredible. Apps like this are why I enjoy living in this county.
