Unreliable
Underwhelmed by the response and transparency. “Escalated” didn’t resolve anything and active communication did not occur. Continued issues and lack of customer service to understand the detriment of this connectivity issue. I had no service for days and not answer as to why. I now continue to have spotty service cutting out while working from home.

This is worse than Xfinity, downtime every month and customer support is abysmal.
