Does not work in UK/EU

This seems to be the NA app so if you use the US App Store, the app is worthless in UK/EU as none of the charging stations show up in the app. You’ll have to ask a local to download the app, access it as a guest (don’t create an account) and then enter payment info. What a total pain in the a**!

Stupid Charging Station

Not just the app but the entire charging system is so complicated! Unlike other chargers you scan the code, plug and you’re connected! I don’t even know how to start charging with this crap!

How are these people making money when it’s impossible for the customer to use the charging station? I can’t even apply for a charge card from their website. Ridiculous.
