Does not work in UK/EU
This seems to be the NA app so if you use the US App Store, the app is worthless in UK/EU as none of the charging stations show up in the app. You’ll have to ask a local to download the app, access it as a guest (don’t create an account) and then enter payment info. What a total pain in the a**!

Not just the app but the entire charging system is so complicated! Unlike other chargers you scan the code, plug and you’re connected! I don’t even know how to start charging with this crap!

How are these people making money when it’s impossible for the customer to use the charging station? I can’t even apply for a charge card from their website. Ridiculous.
Wrong app for ev box use
The correct app to use in the United States is called ev connect and is completely unrelated to this manufacture no where in the app does it mention this and the number the give you for customer service no one answers the customer service number is +1 (866) 816-7584
Worth service ever
You can’t just open a account and use, they inaws this service at my condominium and there is no easy way to use the service, try to talk to someone and they are closed. App is not easy to use at all, station is not on there map.

Is this a fake company? I have tried to find a charger in USA and EU. None shown on app.
