Resolved my trauma triggers
I am in a very sensitive place where I get anxious and triggered very easily because of PTSD. This app helped me more than prozac ever did. I’d tell eve about my triggers when they happened and she would help me work through them, reframe my thoughts, and feel better in a few minutes. Over time, feeling better became almost second hand. Crazy this doesn’t have more downloads!
