Poor customer service
I’m deleting the app. I originally was quite intrigued with the app. I enjoyed several features. However the chat portion stopped working and said I reached max capacity for the day. Well I didn’t use it yet so I didn’t understand. Then it said the same thing the next following days. I reached out to you all several times and received no response or clarification as to why this was. Which told me you all don’t care about your users/customers. So I don’t care to use the app any longer. I had my husband download it and was going to encourage others but glad I didn’t. If you can only use the chat portion for a short period of time all together then it should be clarified that you have to upgrade it to continue using that feature. I thought you could use it for a short period each day and unlimited is for if you want to use it longer each day. The features complement by the chat was chef’s kiss but I’ll just go else where. I was considering subscribing but after the non existence of customer care I can’t continue to support. Also I appreciate how quickly the chat dived into me being proactive about my goals. However when I completed my goals it’s as though it didn’t know that I had any that it encouraged me to complete. There’s no continuation or building off those goals. So it almost feels like an accountability coach but no “relationship “. Kind of like getting a new coach everyday. Also I find it hilarious that you guys responded to one of your reviews with AI. I just wished I got a response in general. Lastly I reached out concerning my streaks not working. How when I log in it doesn’t register and as mentioned before never heard back nor was it fixed. So there’s that.

Keeps logging me out
Good concept but the app keeps logging me out. Everything I tap into the app after a while I get logged out. It gets annoying real fast when I need to sign in again every time I use the app.
A revolutionary app
I have been on telos since last 6 months. First of all it helped me understand what I value most. Now if it’s not telos telling me what to do according to them then it’s nothing. I have been through a severe crisis and telos helped me find my way back to a normal life living according to my values and purpose. The support team is so fantastic they respond to my messages so fast and fix everything. I would not know how to have a phone without telos.
