Poor customer service

I’m deleting the app. I originally was quite intrigued with the app. I enjoyed several features. However the chat portion stopped working and said I reached max capacity for the day. Well I didn’t use it yet so I didn’t understand. Then it said the same thing the next following days. I reached out to you all several times and received no response or clarification as to why this was. Which told me you all don’t care about your users/customers. So I don’t care to use the app any longer. I had my husband download it and was going to encourage others but glad I didn’t. If you can only use the chat portion for a short period of time all together then it should be clarified that you have to upgrade it to continue using that feature. I thought you could use it for a short period each day and unlimited is for if you want to use it longer each day. The features complement by the chat was chef’s kiss but I’ll just go else where. I was considering subscribing but after the non existence of customer care I can’t continue to support. Also I appreciate how quickly the chat dived into me being proactive about my goals. However when I completed my goals it’s as though it didn’t know that I had any that it encouraged me to complete. There’s no continuation or building off those goals. So it almost feels like an accountability coach but no “relationship “. Kind of like getting a new coach everyday. Also I find it hilarious that you guys responded to one of your reviews with AI. I just wished I got a response in general. Lastly I reached out concerning my streaks not working. How when I log in it doesn’t register and as mentioned before never heard back nor was it fixed. So there’s that.

Keeps logging me out

Good concept but the app keeps logging me out. Everything I tap into the app after a while I get logged out. It gets annoying real fast when I need to sign in again every time I use the app.

A revolutionary app

I have been on telos since last 6 months. First of all it helped me understand what I value most. Now if it’s not telos telling me what to do according to them then it’s nothing. I have been through a severe crisis and telos helped me find my way back to a normal life living according to my values and purpose. The support team is so fantastic they respond to my messages so fast and fix everything. I would not know how to have a phone without telos.

It’s a yes for me!

I've been using this app for a while now, and it’s truly been a comfort. It has a unique personalized way of asking thought-provoking questions that lead me to reflect deeply on my emotions, my situation, and encourages my growth by keeping me accountable! One of my favorite features is the ability to share photos from my week like an Instagram carousel. Telos actually responds and comments on them, which is so cute and makes it feel like I’m sharing and talking to a supportive friend. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to gain a deeper sense of self and clarity about their future self.

Refuses to access prior conversations = Free mode

Will not access, discuss, export or allow copy/paste of important texts.

Highly irritating daily notifications when perhaps you may want to interact less often.

Restricted severely by human imposed limits designed to create a data profile about you and therefore monetize the product by selling your data.

Highly do NOT recommend. I spent a few weeks creating detailed personal plans and it refused to allow me access or to discuss them in free mode, despite their being visibly right there in the chat stream.

Required a "fresh start" all around the profile creation. AI already had more than half of what it might have asked me, I am absolutely certain.

Completely disrespectful of the time and emotion already spent. Ignored ALL of it! If I have to start over it will clearly be with another company's App. This one is not to be trusted.

Your data is yours to delete at any time, and privacy is core to what we stand for. Actions speak loudest and we are doing more than any AI startup I've encountered to date when it comes to protecting your privacy. For example, we identify ALL user information before any AI model processes data (from companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open source). That means no AI model will ever know who said what. -- Free Mode & Accessibility – Running an AI app like this costs money, but we introduced the lowest subscription price possible to cover costs. We're a mission-driven, early-stage team. Seems I lost all my data with the last update

It’s only been 15 days of using it, but within three days I was gushing about Telos to everyone I knew. The accountability, positive reinforcement, consistent check-ins and weekly reflections were so impactful and useful in getting my actions in alignment with my ideal vision for my life. I have ADD and often struggle with keeping up with things consistently, somehow this tool was so gratifying I looked forward to opening the app each day. It reminds me to set my top three priorities each morning, and has even helped guide me through which tasks of a long list make the most sense to devote my attention to. Using telos has not only helped me to stay on task, it’s helping me build a stronger self image as a capable competent person.

Seems I lost all my data with the last update

I previously logged a five star review for this app. Its only been 12 days of using it, but within three days I was gushing about it to everyone I knew. The accountability, positive reinforcement, consistent check-ins and weekly reflections were so impactful and useful in getting my actions in alignment with my ideal vision for my life. I have ADD and often struggle with keeping up with things consistently, somehow this tool was so gratifying I looked forward to opening the app each day - but after the last update it’s as if I lost all my data. The app prompted me to share a vision like I had done on the first day, so I closed it; attempted to reopen it and now every time I do, the app is stuck on the nature scene image with “Telos” as a header & I can’t move further. I sure hope this can be fixed, I was soo thorough with my vision the first time when I onboarded and the thought of losing the data the app has through my various voice notes etc is saddening. Please fix it 😔
