My suggestion would be the extremes, a log for how the overall day was, a check off for meds (I always forget), and maybe a change to the charts because they get a little confusing. A check off for certain mental health symptoms, specifically psychotic features, would be cool too!
I do like the mood graph (what you log with), the ability to log multiple times in a day, the chart for each month, etc. there have been no bugs at all. I love it! It’s a great app :)

Great App! I Wish there was also a pain tracker
This is the best bipolar tracking app that I have found. No bloatware. I do wish for a couple of things though. Allowing for mood logging on the Apple Watch and I wish there was a pain scale to go along with mood logging. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.
Invaluable
It’s quick, the reminders make it easy, and the data export to CSV is neat for the nerdy types.
So simple and straightforward. I like it
I like how straightforward the app is and helped track your moods. Its very organized. However, I cant really add my thoughts, moods and what happened on the previous day. Also, I cant firgure outt about the sleep tracker. Im still new to the app so a bit struggling but I still love the app.
Great insights into impact of activities on mood
Very helpful to be able to specifically link and quantify energy & mood to specific activities and actions taken or not,, the benefits and downsides
