I bought a 20 dollar album and it keeps skipping songs, just make your own website at this point and distribute it yourself.
Falls flat on its face
Absolutely frustrating. This app crashes, loses my music, asks me to sign in repeatedly. Had to sign up again with the same info on its request, now I can’t enter in the same details as I did before, eg. Username.
If you expect us to pay and support artists, you really need to debug this app. Or you’ll let down both the artists and the fans…

This app needs a whole lot more work.

Love that I can support artist, but the app in general is cheeks! offline download doesn’t even let you listen to the music when you don’t have service … like what’s the point?!!!
Works for me
It’s a great app. I’m able to download and stream from my favorite artist and support them directly. The algorithm isn’t like Spotify but the sound quality is pretty good.

No support and lost paid content
Downloaded the app to buy an artist’s new music. Paid and had access to the songs and then the app logged me out. I go log back in with the exact same credentials and Even had me create a new account. I used the exact same credentials and now I’m looking at a new account and have no access to the songs I paid the artist for. I went to their support and it is now sending me in circles between the app and their actual website support. Neither of the their support people have been helpful and I still don’t have access to the content I paid for. Save your time and money cause this app is trash.

Essential Problems
This app shows great promise for the platform. However, when you try to buy an artist’s music through the app—even when signed in—it redirects you to your web browser, where you have to sign in again just to complete the purchase.
This process becomes even more frustrating when the artist has their EVEN link in their Instagram bio or elsewhere. It turns into a hassle—especially for an emotionally driven fan who might be in the perfect moment to support, possibly even under the influence, and that small inconvenience kills the vibe.
Think about how many times you were ready to buy something online, but one annoying step stopped you. Maybe you left it in the cart, forgot to come back, or had time to overthink and ended up not buying at all.
EVEN, this needs to be fixed ASAP. The buying process should be streamlined and smooth, not full of roadblocks.

Unable to Play Across Devices
I’m glad I was able to support the artist with the option to pay for the music but I’m highly disappointed that an app such as this does not support listening on Echo or Google Home devices. My home is setup to utilize a Google Home speaker system.

Needs to be better
Love the concept, I want to support artists, but the app needs improvement to fulfil its requirements as a music app.
- you can’t pay in the app
- after purchasing, the app didn’t get the message from the in-browser purchase. I had to listen in the browser instead. It only registered that I paid once I closed the app and reopened.

Support Artists
It’s great to be able to support artists directly. About time fans helped artists fight back against industry standards. Only thing I’d say, which I’m sure the devs are aware of: make this is a more seamless experience. Let me purchase in the app, and make sure I can access the music in app without needing to go to the browser. Great idea, keep it going, keep the improvements coming.

Cool app but..
The app is cool. I like to be able to support the artist directly. The only critique I have is that you have to restart the content every time you open the app. I wish the player would remember my place

Great for the artist but this app itself is HORRIBLE. Stops, wont play gets stuck. Do better

I just want an app for the artists to manage music, rather then it just send you to a webpage. Other than that, no complaints

Only thing I wish is for them to allow playing while in the background so I don’t have to keep my phone on. Other than that it’s such a dope app.
