So I can’t login because I don’t remember what email I gave you guys but I can’t make a new account because my phone number is tied to the other account and you have no way of recovering an account based on phone numbers which seems to be your unique key.

Why does Guest checkout need a email address
Pretty sick of food companies asking for email addresses that I don’t wanna give you and that you will probably sell and certainly not bring any more value to my experience..
Needs some streamlining
My biggest gripe is there is no way to order any limited time special sandwiches on the app. I actually got a notification a few weeks ago about the Banh Mi sandwich that told me I could order it from the app - you can’t.
I also wish the current order would stay active until after your pickup time. It says “closed” on it immediately after ordering. Not sure if this could be supported through the current set up but it would be nice.
My last comment is that there is a lot to sift through for customizing orders. I understand it is meant so that you can have the same customization menu for each item regardless of ingredients/toppings, but it is a lot. I also wish it was a bit easier to pick a side, like maybe clicking on the selection from the first page instead of having to hit a plus sign to be taken to the sides menu, if that makes sense.
Y’all make great food, but the app feels a bit clunky.

Doesn’t stop loading
When I go to select places, it won’t let me order 😢 it just keeps loading. PLEASE FIX.
WHERE DO YOU PUT THE PROMO CODE?!?
As it turns out this app is completely backwards to the way that we have been taught to use promo codes.
You have to enter it BEFORE placing your order, and if you back out to the promo space it erases your order.

Loads & loads - can’t order
If I click to place an order, the list of Locations just loads & loads... nothing ever populates. Seems janky - uninstalling it.
