A Mess
Need major improvements! Drivers keep arriving at wrong locations and then canceling, waiting times are a mess! How is supposed to provide any assistance or safety to students if you leave them stranded on road!!
Can’t Login -
App makes me log in with UNI and 2FA, then shows me a login error message and kicks me out. Useless

This app is useless and there’s no login page for existing users
Does not work
No way to register with CUID. It requires phone verification with 4 digits but they send out 6 digit code. Tried different combinations but none worked. Wasted 30min of my time.
Can’t add multiple passengers
And pickup time is 30 minutes after request.
Adjust for driver break times
7 out of 10 times this app does what it needs to do: pick you up from point A to B. There have been times however when it says “driver 5 / 3 / 1 mins away” and the car doesn’t move. I learned that when drivers take breaks the app doesn’t interpret that as being unavailable and continues to populate the queue. Can you update the app for drivers to indicate breaks. I’ve waited far longer than I should have late at night when a simple heads up that the driver was taking a break could have helped!

Tried to order a ride to carlton from campus for my friend and they wouldn’t take him. won’t take someone who didn’t order the cab, even if you ordered it for them and they’re a columbia student. if someone is unable to order a ride just to their DORM I feel like this eliminates another level of safety on campus.

Can't even get passed login screen
Columbia does not have a functioning evening shuttle service. No shuttles are accessible and it results in poor campus safety.

The app hasn’t worked for since Columbia has transferred over. It tells me ether I have connection issue or the app is having a technical issue. Regardless, please fix this before the school year. This is so unsafe.
Impossible to use
Wait times always increase by 10+ minutes out of the blue, so you never actually get picked up. Waste of time :/ do better Columbia
Bring Via Back
The ride is 2 minutes away before you book it, the next minute it shows it’s 18 minutes away after you have booked. That’s not very safe when you are standing on the street at night. Defeats the whole purpose of the app!!
