About
A chore list tracks what needs doing. Evens tracks who is actually doing it.
Every chore carries an effort weight from 1 to 5, so forty two-minute jobs don't outrank one afternoon of scrubbing. The result is a shared record both of you can see — not a scoreboard, just an honest answer to a question that otherwise gets argued about from memory.
ADD A CHORE IN SECONDS
Type it the way you'd say it. "Clean the bathroom every Saturday" becomes a weekly chore due on Saturday, with the effort and category worked out for you. No forms, no dropdowns.
TICK IT OFF
One tap. The other person gets a notification, the points land, and the balance updates. Undo is right there if you tapped the wrong thing.
SEE THE MONTH AT A GLANCE
The Calendar shows every day's load weighted by effort, so a heavy Saturday is obvious a fortnight before it arrives — early enough to move something off it.
SEE WHERE IT ACTUALLY STANDS
The Balance tab shows the split over the last 30 days, weighted by effort, alongside every point and where it came from. A split you can't check is one you argue with.
CREDIT FOR NOTICING
Whoever adds a chore earns a point for it, separately from doing it. Remembering the boiler service is real work, even when someone else makes the call.
BUILT FOR TWO, READY FOR MORE
Designed around a couple sharing a home, and it works the same way for a house share. Everyone gets a fair share based on their own line, so someone away half the week isn't judged against someone who's always in.
NOTIFICATIONS THAT DON'T WEAR OUT THEIR WELCOME
You hear about chores that are yours, and about work that involves you. Quiet hours are respected. Nothing pings the whole house every time somebody empties the dishwasher.
