Cinebuzz Account Bug

Now unable to log into Cinebuzz account despite password being correct and also reset. App has been reinstalled but nothing fixes the issue

Invalid Credentials Bug

I haven’t had any issues with the Event Cinemas app in the past, I actually found it to be a simple and effective means to booking tickets in comparison to other apps.

However, this past month or so the app hasn’t allowed me to log in. It displays an ‘Invalid Credentials’ message, despite those credentials working on the website.

Overall a 3/5 due to the app previously being great but now not working.

The app has logged me out of my account and despite logging in to the website without issue and even changing my password just in case, I cannot log in via the app it just says invalid credentials
