I’m using the same email and password that I use on the regular website but cannot sign in. I get a code 401 application error.

What Happened?
The app was working fine and now I can’t login to my account on the app. I get a 401 authentication failed code. This is so unacceptable and I don’t know how or who to contact to correct.

I really wanted to promote EventCreate for offering an alternative to the competition but even with their paid subscription they lack many essential features and it’s not as user friendly. I’m getting the same error 401 that another reviewer mentioned. Good bye EventCreate.
Spinning nonstop
Very disappointed with this app that needs to be continually erased and then re-uploaded. Works for a brief period and then spins telling me "unable to view events at this time"
Cant Sign In
I downloaded the app and right when you open it it shows that login screen. Just sign in. I don’t have an account and every email and password combo I have, I have used. How do I make an account? help
Check-In Authentication Error
Not sure what I’m doing incorrectly. Downloaded the app and signed in the same way I do to the desktop version, but my email & password brings on a 401 error. Any advice?? We have an event this weekend (4/30/22)
EventCreate highly recommend, ease of use and visually appealing
I’ve used EventCreate to create beautiful designed custom website for events, workshops and ticketed events and conferences. Very easy to use and customisable. As more of event producer than a technical person. I was able to create my website in minutes and looks professionally done. The app is a great added feature that syncs with my website. It is easy to use and automatically has all my attendee data so can easily check in guests and scan tickets. Highly recommend!

Really helpful for event check-in
EventCreate is such an awesome tool for planning events online. The check-in app works perfectly, especially for our large events where QR scanning is necessary to expedite check-in speed.
