I AM SO CONFUSED
I tried to download the app so I could see me schools sports games and I tried to make an account but when I put my birth year I said I was told enough even though I am 13 and this app is for four and up???
What happened???
The previous EventLink prior to 2025 was perfect. I never had an issue. Then, like all great things, they must come to an endā¦ I guess. They updated the app and it is like a beta version of the previous one. If I were to compare it to something we would all understand, itās like going from XBox to Nintendo64. How is it possible that an app update could be worse? I used to be able to see an entire month of events with dates, venues, and times. Now I can only see what I click on and I have to continue to ādigā. This app never remembers āmeā(the user) I have to login regularly. Then!!! It will continue to say I have the wrong password when itās saved in my account. Strange how it worked yesterday, but today it completely forgot who I am. This could be seen as user error, and I could possibly understand and even agree with that, if EVERYONE I KNOW WASNāT EXPERIENCING THE SAME THING!! Now, again, I have to create either a new account or password or both. Cheers to being the worst app that I actually have to use. š”

Needs so much improvement
1. Events show up out of date order in the Home Screen. 2. In the calendar screen, regardless of the date you click on, the list of events starts with the first of the month. Definitely not designed well or beta tested
Locked out
It keeps telling me my password is wrong. Make me sign in to the app and change the password ever time I use it It makes it tedious to use.
Could be better
Since the update itās not as good. Itās not as easy to find/see all of the events. Definitely not as user friendly. Prefer the before version.
Updates are horrible.
Since the recent updates, it is so hard to use this app. Things are not as accessible as before. Just put the calendar back so we know where we are going each day.
Recent Update missing link subscription
The recent update is OK, I do not believe itās as user friendly as the previous version. Itās also missing the link subscription option. I much prefer checking one calendar for everything rather than multiple places. I also was not prompted for two factor verification or a stayed login option.
SO frustrating!
Keeps prompting me to change password then tells me login info is incorrect. I was able to access calendar but then the app logged to out and despite getting an email with username and new password, it still wonāt let me sign in. Iāve tried using it online, in the app, deleting and redownloadingā¦nothing is working. I pray my childrenās schools find a better app because this one is very frustrating.

Worst App Ever
I have never more frustrated with an app. It is constantly logging me out. Rarely works when I need it to. Nothing but a headache. Whatever recent updates that were made have somehow managed to make it worse! Would gladly give 0 stars but that sadly is not an option!
New Update Lacking Key Features
I do not like the recent update thatās been done. Although it appears to be more user-friendly. You have taken away the option to export events to my phoneās calendar and an option to subscribe to a calendar to make automatic updates when changes are made. Bring back the old options!
Hereās an idea
You need to update your app so that a handheld scanner can be used to scan in prepaid tickets. It would make my job as a ticket seller sooo much easier! I shouldnāt have to use my personal cell phone to scan tickets for my school.

It would be nice to make Apple Pay work faster. This is especially true via the app.
Super odd calendar display seems wrong
The way the calendar is being displayed is bizarre and wrong. The top dates slide left and right as you scroll vertically in the pane below it.
There are date numbers in both the horizontal section and the vertical. They donāt match. Vertical is a week ahead by numbers.

I have to reset my password every time I use this app! It is incredibly frustrating. There appears to be something wrong with the login form.
Officials Section
This app needs a place that displays the pay rate for officials prior to accepting the games. I got the app to not have to use the browser however I still I have to use the browser in order to see the pay rate.
