I’ve used the app for many years at a specific conference, it’s very helpful to plan ahead of the event and keep you on track during.

Great Conference Map

I attend several conferences every year and I’ve used many different Apps. This is one of the best I’ve seen. The notifications based on your personalized schedule is great!

Thank you for reaching out. Would you please follow up with us at support@ativsoftware.com with the name of the conference you are attending? The app is designed to work largely offline, enabling you to continue accessing features like your schedule, the maps, and more regardless of the reliability of onsite WiFi. Data updates do require an internet connection to download. Data updates will apply themselves automatically during normal app usage, but if you are not seeing something you expect to see, you can check for one on the Home tab. If one is available, there will be a red banner at the top. You can tap there to apply it immediately.

Can’t search for poster authors

You can’t search for poster authors. All you can do is scroll through a list of a thousand people, impractical on a phone.

Not fully developed

The app works ok for at the high level, but looking for specific abstracts and posters is nearly impossible. For example, one cannot type in the name of an author, but has to scroll down 100s of names to get down to the authors in the latter part of the alphabet.

Irritating!!!!
