Great app to keep you on tracks of conference sessions with real time updates!
EventPilot is super easy to follow and I would recommend any conference or large gathering to consider using.
Difficult to navigate through
Please improve the user experience. Take a look at the guidebook app. IRE used it for its conference and it is very efficient.
Excellent
Not working
I’ve used the app for many years at a specific conference, it’s very helpful to plan ahead of the event and keep you on track during.
Needs improvement: rooms/locations should be visible in schedule overview
I attend several conferences every year and I’ve used many different Apps. This is one of the best I’ve seen. The notifications based on your personalized schedule is great!
truly awful and hard to use
This app did not update with room numbers and had to be manually reset.
Medium at best clunky and not very user friendly
Completely complicated and NOT user friendly.

You can’t search for poster authors. All you can do is scroll through a list of a thousand people, impractical on a phone.
The app works ok for at the high level, but looking for specific abstracts and posters is nearly impossible. For example, one cannot type in the name of an author, but has to scroll down 100s of names to get down to the authors in the latter part of the alphabet.
Very easy to navigate.
Compared to Eventscribe which our conference used last year, I have not been able to download the slides for presentations. Having to rely on screenshots instead. Need to have the ability to download materials from presenters that are willing to share.
It sort of works. The interfaces are small and hard to utilize. It isn’t super user friendly. Can I figure out what is going on? Yes. But that’s about it.
EventPilot is the way to go for Procurement Forums!!!!!
