Lost everything on my Calendar
Have used this Calendar for years and loved it until a few weeks ago when it wiped out all my appts and events. I have done everything to get them back to normal avail. I contacted support weeks ago and got their standard message we will get back to you as soon as possible. Well a week went by and still no answer so wrote them again and as today nothing. If I could have given them a zero rating I would have. Obviously they don’t care I have no calendar with future dates that are very important. Nor can I add any. Terrible customer service!!!!

All my calendar events have been deleted and received no response from my support request. Very poor result!!!
Glitching Nov 17th 2023
I tried getting into my app and it just shuts down and removes me.. I’ve tried updating it and removing it and reinstalling it and nothing is working… please fix this issue I pay the subscription so I’m losing out on money by not being able to access it apparently..
Good app
This is a good app to organize appointments. You can schedule appointments every few weeks/months. Search from the app for prior appointments. I paid yearly for it but I’m about to stop paying because I can’t change my email on the account. It only allows me to change my name and password. Not worth the money. Also hasn’t been updated in two years.

Limited repeat options
I have a six week rotating schedule, so I need that option in a calendar. This calendar only gives you the option of repeating up to every four weeks. So disappointed because I love the awesome cal which allows custom repeating options. I wish that calendar could be shared amongst family members!
No contact support
There’s no contact support at all. No one to contact, no one to answer questions, no one to help when you have issues with the app. Even with the paid version, you’re still screwed
How to download all my past calendars
I have used this calendar app for over 2 years & love it! Mostly for Drs appointments, etc. it’s almost a diary for me. I can’t afford to loose any past calendars. How can I download all my calendars? I would give it 5 stars if I could save or download them! Thank you
NO SUPPORT AT ALL
I have submitted the same question — not complicated, but an answer I need to know — to YunaSoft many times over an extended period. Almost instantaneously, I get an automated response that they’ll get get back to me as soon as possible. Then, invariably, nothing. Liars are such disgusting creatures.

No support!
I have reached out to the developers regarding not being able to sync with my IOS calendar and other concerns and they have not responded. It has been 3 months since I communicated. I am cancelling my subscription due to this and advised them of same. Still, no response. Awful Customer Service!
What happened
It’s been a year since they updated this app. Now the anniversary feature is gone and no one is around to fix it

Haven’t even started using the app and already I couldn’t create my own password when setting up account. I clicked choose my own and the on the confirm pw line , I would click it and it would delete pw and make me choose again strong pw or choose my own , I couldn’t enter the pw in both required fields. Once I created account I couldn’t change the color , nothing happened when I selected any color.

What happened?!
I’ve used this app for 4 years and have never had a problem. I’m a wedding photographer, so my calendar typically gets planned out fully a year in advance.
Randomly all of a sudden the app deleted ALL of ky events. Literally every single one. I’ve never had so much anxiety in my life trying to figure out what to do, what dates do I have booked, when do I have others weddings, etc.
thank god I able to recover the dates via my email. But all my notes, completely gone.
It went from making my job easy to 12 times harder. I don’t know what happened, but I wouldn’t trust this app anymore

Why are birthdays disappearing on my calendar???
Love this app, but birthdays that I added are disappearing and some important dates that I marked on the calendar is also disappearing and changing colors after I switch to premium! Please have this fixed!

My husband and I have been using this app for over a year. We have the paid version and it was working really well for us because we could enter in schedules and color code it so we know who’s event it was. It was very easy to use and enter event.
There’s been a recent update and the whole calendars function and look has been changed and now both of us agree we don’t like it and it’s not easy to use anymore. Will be looking for a new calendar app. The layout looks different and not as noticeably color coded anymore. And to input an event is now very tedious whereas before it was quite easy.
Developers please change it back!

Stop syncing
EverCal use to sync with my regular calendar but the couple of months, it just suddenly stopped syncing. What gives??

Kinda tough recreating everything the app just lost.
I love this app but...
I installed version 5.0 and all of my calendar schedules dates, past, present & future were deleted....PLEASE HELP Also, how do I reinstall the app. Do I delete it and then reinstall it? Will I be charge again...please give instructions...thanks
