Useless without subscription
Making it so that a repeating event is a premium feature pretty much destroys 90% of the desire that people would have to use your application
Calendar disappeared
I believed it was an amazing app, until I looked at my app and everything was wiped clean 😭. I’m so upset, I went and spent 2 hours trying to use every resource, used the steps provided by the website for event recovery, attempted absolutely EVERYTHING, spoke to their AI bot who told me everything I had already tried.
I’ve been reading reviews and noticed I’m not the only one having this issue. This is absolutely devastating as I had very important dates added and have now got NO clue when they were. I would really recommend being cautious using this app as this glitch has really destroyed my day.
Ps. Im aware that Calendars by Readdle doesn't actually store your events on its own servers. Instead, it acts as a hub that connects to your calendar accounts (like iCloud, Google, or Outlook) and displays the information available from those sources. However nothing about my iCloud, storage, data recovery, apple calendar, synced apps etc is wrong. And all are in working order, nothing I do restores the data whatsoever.

Unhappy with update
I don’t like that since you updated this app it doesn’t show the times on the monthly calendar on my iPad. Now you have to click on each event to see what time it starts. I would have given it five stars before the update.
Awful
This app is so frustrating and not at all easy to use. I would put an event for a specific week and then it would change when I put the start and end date, I continued to change it back, close out the app, and even restart my phone!! It wouldn't stop. The whole point of a calendar is to be able to put things down for specific dates so explain to me how I am supposed to use this app when it changes my dates. It seems to only do this for the events that span across multiple days and it is so frustrating, very annoying, and not at all helpful!! I am very upset as this app has good reviews and was working fine until this. Definetly deleting and finding another app. 😒

Calendars: schedule planner not connecting to Apple calendar.
Wonderful app! I have used this app for years; however, I have encountered a glitch where I can no longer view the dates I have saved in this app and I see no record of those saved dates in my Apple calendar. When I try to allow the app full access in my settings, I don’t see anywhere in privacy settings of it requesting access. When I try to connect tbe app to my calendar it states that access was denied.
