I have been contacting via email about the reset password glitch but no answers! I have money on my account unused and now no one is responding about why I can’t log in even after resetting my password. Very terrible client service

I deleted my account and I won’t be back. Some of the advisors on here are scammers for sure. What a waste of time and money. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on here speaking with several different advisors, getting different answers, which is a huge red flag. Thank you but no, not coming back
Update: I thought about coming back to speak with Sienna or Sierra, but after reading through all the reviews I think not. I’ve gotten different responses from different psychics about my one situation in which there should only be one response to the energy. I believe there are scammers on here, possibly scammed their way into being a contractor psychic on here. Save your money, this is not worth it 😡

Under rated by far. BEST spiritual app.
The big difference you’ll get on Everclear is the advisors are actually thoroughly screened and vetted. You can really feel the empathy and compassion as well. Fantastic for gentle spiritual guidance.

they charged me multiple 1$ for trying to add my card ..i wanted to use free three minutes to see if its worth it but they chrged and now they wont respond!

I have a really hard time trusting people which is why I’ve asked several different psycics on here about my situation and they all tell me the same thing, but each has different clarity to it. Julie J is disgusting human and should not be any type of psychic at all. No compassion nor empathy. Customer service finally deleted all messages from all psychics I blocked. I have a few favorites on here but they do need some type of reward system for clients that keep coming back other than the referral one. Other than this I enjoy this app

She was so rude very judgmental and hung up on me without even letting me finish then proceeded to message me judging me about what I wanted to talk about and then blocked me so I wasn’t able to leave her a review. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has done this before, I would definitely avoid talking with her

Refund
The satisfaction guarantee is seeming fake to me because there is no phone number to call. I emailed twice and I have not gotten an answer from them I would like a refund or credit back into the app.
Wrong
Three different advisors on this app told me I would get a promotion at work and I didn’t not get it. This app just another scam to steal your money and give you false hope. Don’t waste your money.

Susan M. is no. 1 in my book! She has been dead in each time she has given me advice! My go to psychic!
Can't go back and listen to reading again
Most other apps like this one will record the conversation so you can go back and listen to it later. This app does not allow that so note taking is a must if you want to remember the readings.
