Love being able to do banking remotely
I love that you can deposit checks without having to go to the bank. About every 2-4 weeks, the online banking is unavailable. I'm not sure why and it's always on a weekend or after hours when I need to do some banking activity and I can't call the office to get help. But since I can't access the banking services from my computer either at those times, I'm assuming it has to do with the management of the system and not the app itself. But other than that it works great. I love that you can lock your card and unlock it without any issues. I love the relationship checking idea and the interest that I can earn with that. If they ever make it so that I can withdraw cash, I can die happy! lol.

App crashes about half the times I use it….
Works great
Always has worked fine for me. Mobile deposits and fingerprint authentication are great.
Often does not work
When it works- it does just fine. But it often does not work. I’m not sure if the issue is with the app developer or EverenceFCU itself. (The message is always that online banking service is unavailable) Either way, it should not be this difficult to check my account balances. I’ve used other apps for different bank accounts and I never seemed to have an issue, so perhaps it is the bank.
