Suggestion and Feedback

Overall a good app. Issues with checking out tv series. It gives option of choosing all discs or some in a season. When I click all discs, it does not recognize the response. Look at the functionality of this feature please.

Response from developer

Hello and sorry you are having trouble. Please contact us at kenstir.apps@gmail.com and send a screenshot with exactly the title you are using and the problem you are seeing. I tried multiple TV Series (The Americans, Orange is the new Black) and other DVDs with multiple parts, but was unable to reproduce the issue you describe.

Great app…and a suggestion!

The app works great.
It would be awesome to be able to print out the “Items Checked Out” list!!

Account history

I work at my local library. I have my account setup to keep track of books that have been checked out on my account. I encourage others to setup this feature on their accounts as a way to remember books read. I am unable to find this feature on mobile app. Is this something that you can add?

Response from developer

I hope you noticed, we added that feature in version 2.8.0, under Items Checked Out. Tell your friends and patrons!

Advanced Search Needed

I really appreciate this app. It’s straightforward and simple to use. It would be nice to have advanced search options. Often I need to search for books across all of Evergreen and it is helpful to search by title and author, or author and keyword, etc.

Response from developer

If you have an example from another app of an advanced search working well, feel free to let me know at kenstir.apps@gmail.com. Until then, try searching for exactly this: "title: Return of the King author: Tolkien". It's a little esoteric but should give you want you want.

Who’s account is this?

Haven’t been using the app long but so far working nicely. One problem though: I added multiple accounts into the app for myself and my children, but the only identifier for each account is the number. Need to be able to show name on each account in the app!

Response from developer

Sorry this is a very belated update but I hope you noticed that the app does now identify not only the barcode but also the user name. In addition you can change your username to be different from your barcode at https://evergreen.lib.in.us/eg/opac/myopac/prefs (or you can ask the library staff to do it for you).
