Best banking app
Simple, clear and easy to use. I can also send a message to customer service any hour and they will get back in 1-3 business days. It’s convenient and my preferred method of banking. Especially for travel, or on-the-go lifestyle. I’ve seen other banking apps and they are not as clean and user friendly.

Evergreen credit union has been my bank for many many years. I am a blind member and have only one pretty big complaint. I use my phone and the Evergreen credit union app to do all of my banking from home. The voiceover on on the Evergreen credit union list of accounts is horrendous. It scrolls and will not stop until you randomly pick one. It takes about five minutes for me to find the exact account that I would like to work from. I’ve asked at Evergreen and they said they were looking into it and it is now been 2 to 3 years. I would love to have that fixed to make it run like the other banks that I am involved with. Thank you so much.

New update
New update is pretty mid and to confusing compared to the simplicity of previous I would like a settings option that will let me revert that. And on top of that I would appreciate if whenever you want me to type my password in you tell me instead of force failing my biometrics 15 times in a row because you didn’t code “ session logged out please sign back in”

New update app
Never had to go through all of this before. It’s asking me for an Apple Card and all kinds of other stuff that I do not use and will not allow me to access my account without it. They should have left things alone!
New update is awful
My wife and I both agree that the app used to be perfect. It was so simple and easy to use and see everything. Now it is so confusing and I click the wrong thing half the time. Please change it back to the old version, there was nothing wrong it hit. This is just a mess.

cant log in with iphone12 on ios 18.6. reloaded the app and still bugged. worked awesome until the ‘update’. good luck to you.

Update Is Awful
I strongly dislike the new update and the new format. It won’t let me sign in half the time. I’ve reset my password several times with this new update, I write it down so I won’t forget and I type the password in and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. It’s driving me nuts. Will it let me sign in or won’t it? It’s a coin toss of whether or not I’ll be able to get into my account.

The new update is hard to look at, it’s way too busy and makes it difficult to find what I need. I miss the simplicity of the old version
