New (better) update
The update made this app much more smooth and usable! The app makes mobile banking much easier. Keep these improvements going!
New update
New update is pretty mid and to confusing compared to the simplicity of previous I would like a settings option that will let me revert that. And on top of that I would appreciate if whenever you want me to type my password in you tell me instead of force failing my biometrics 15 times in a row because you didn’t code “ session logged out please sign back in”

New update app
Never had to go through all of this before. It’s asking me for an Apple Card and all kinds of other stuff that I do not use and will not allow me to access my account without it. They should have left things alone!
New update is awful
My wife and I both agree that the app used to be perfect. It was so simple and easy to use and see everything. Now it is so confusing and I click the wrong thing half the time. Please change it back to the old version, there was nothing wrong it hit. This is just a mess.

cant log in with iphone12 on ios 18.6. reloaded the app and still bugged. worked awesome until the ‘update’. good luck to you.

Update Is Awful
I strongly dislike the new update and the new format. It won’t let me sign in half the time. I’ve reset my password several times with this new update, I write it down so I won’t forget and I type the password in and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. It’s driving me nuts. Will it let me sign in or won’t it? It’s a coin toss of whether or not I’ll be able to get into my account.

The new update is hard to look at, it’s way too busy and makes it difficult to find what I need. I miss the simplicity of the old version

Great app. 4 stars because the only improvements that I would suggest are a “pay anyone” feature and Zelle but it’s a good app besides that.

Whatever genius they got to write the app did a wonderful job, I have to reset my password every single time I want to log in because they never bothered to implement a password saving feature. You get what you pay for when you outsource your programmers!
Cannot set up Face ID
Enabled all correct settings, confirm set up complete but toggles off after confirmation pop up… everything else appears to function as it should
Problem viewing transactions
I love this app for the most part! It’s been a really great way for me to get a quick look at my bank account and transactions. The only problem I’ve recently faced is lately the app hasn’t been loading my transactions. It loads my balance, but when I go to see my transactions it says “no recent transactions” even though I make a transactions at least every other day. Hopefully it can be fixed in an update. Great app otherwise! Keep up the great work

Works well. I can deposit a check and it now has the new bill pay feature! Easy login using my online username and password.
Suggestion
Is there a way to get an email/text when money has been withdrawn or put into the account? It would be a helpful feature. Otherwise the new update have been useful.
