Stopped working, getting Paytronix errors
For years I’ve used this app twice a week for my orders.
But this week it stopped working, giving me this error. Even after a clean re-install, still getting it.

Default tip for take out?
The updated app now decides I will tip 15% so I have to delete the tip then re-add at 10% or 20% if I don’t agree with what Evergreen’s has decided for me.
The new app also allows me to save and name a Favorite item, but I can’t find it to re-order next time. The prior app let me go straight to what I ordered last time and just quickly re-order it.

20% default tip for take out?
My number one complaint for most on line purchases these days is a default to 20% tip for take out items. I am happy to tip 20% when I choose to, but resent having that decided for me.
App is not great
The app is pretty frustrating to use and will not win any awards. It's super basic. But what really infuriates me is the lack of option to have dressing mixed in from the app, resulting always in dressing in a plastic cup... more waste and less good overall. It really seems like there was no actual testing of this app at all with real people because this is incredibly basic stuff and a fundamental question you're asked every time if you order in person. Beyond its simplicity, it's also buggy... like editing an item in cart loses previous options. It's just not what you expect from an app in 2024.

Great app for SEATAC
Nice to use the app to order ahead, and between connecting flights. Nice to review options while not in a line, and save my special order for future orders.
Needs group order function!
I like this app and the food is always great but they need a group order function! When we order lunch for work we have to use door dash and then we don’t get rewards :(
No rewards
Lost my purchase history and it doesn’t appear you can get a free salad as a reward any more. You made your app worse.

Post melon salad
Awesome salad. There weren’t more than 2 pieces of watermelon. But hey, the salad was so good that I ordered it again today.
Needs calorie information
Great app, but I had to go to the website to easily find calorie info. Please add it to the named wraps, salads, etc. Thanks

Sad that I was not able to use the 50% signup discount that I was promised.

A little rough around the edges
App can’t remember my password, using the camera to scan a credit card is broken, and I’m annoyed that there’s no compostable packaging option for to-go orders
Needs Apple Pay option
I like the app in general however not having an Apple Pay option is painful to deal with. Yes I can save a credit card in the app but I don’t like to do that due to security.

New app does not retain my old purchase history so I lost all my points. I was not able to request 1/2 scoop of jalapeños and anytime I navigated away from the cart, I had to enter my order again. It would not allow me to choose a different store to receive my order from but forced me to use a particular one.

Updated - works fine
Had a poor initial experience, but re-resetting my password seemed to cure all ills. App is decent to navigate. Could have wished for Apple Pay option in a brand new app.
Almost perfect - need ability to remove old payment cards
This app is nearly perfect for ordering but needs the ability to remove older payment cards.
Lame Christmas promo
Your advent calendar is dumb. Why are you treating it like a scavenger hunt? nobody wants to do a bunch of meaningless hoop jumping just to chase down a very insignificant free item. If your gonna give stuff away, just freaking give it away.
