Made me give up and order from red pepper
The app is horrible.
Entering payment super tedious…and broken
After painstakingly typing every possible credit card field, I was told that for reasons unknown, my card could not be added. It was cleared out. I tried with another card. Same. Miserable experience, never did get to order pizza 😢
Terrible execution
Their pizza is quite good. If you want some, drive over to your nearest store, order it there and take it home yourself. Ordering on the app and god forbid hoping for a successful delivery is a terrible experience (and in my case didn’t even end up with a pizza).
What are they doing
I love how they announce a 20% off Takeout Tuesday but then don’t give the discount once you order
Payment
Rejected 2 valid credit cards. Very frustrating.
