Made me give up and order from red pepper
The app is horrible.
Entering payment super tedious…and broken
After painstakingly typing every possible credit card field, I was told that for reasons unknown, my card could not be added. It was cleared out. I tried with another card. Same. Miserable experience, never did get to order pizza 😢
Terrible execution
Their pizza is quite good. If you want some, drive over to your nearest store, order it there and take it home yourself. Ordering on the app and god forbid hoping for a successful delivery is a terrible experience (and in my case didn’t even end up with a pizza).
What are they doing
I love how they announce a 20% off Takeout Tuesday but then don’t give the discount once you order
Payment
Rejected 2 valid credit cards. Very frustrating.
Ok pizza, terrible delivery with Uber.
Didn’t get half my order. Restaurant didn’t pick up the phone to correct the issue.
Couldn’t add a credit card in the app and didn’t ask if I want the pizza delivered

Frustrating when buttons underneath the keyboard prevent you from moving to the next step.

Tipping is getting out of control
When you go to check out using the app it automatically adds a 15% tip. You have to go in and remove the tip if you don’t wanna leave a tip for take out. That seems a little presumptuous, to automatically add a tip, especially for takeout, when you haven’t even received your food yet. I also can’t see a way to use a gift card as a payment method. I’ve looked all over the app, in every menu, and there doesn’t seem to be that option.

No way to track your order and no way to submit feedback or get support on your orders. Otherwise pretty usable.
Charged for substitutions
I don’t like that I am charged $2 for substituting one meat for another. I swapped Canadian bacon for bacon and was charged for the exchange. This is also the case with vegetable substitutions. If I ordered by phone or ate in the restaurant, I would not be charged for this. This is a failure of the mobile app.

Doesn’t let you order everything the store has
Everything from the bottle shop just isn’t available any more. Very annoying. Just call

Buggy and frustrating and soon deleted
I don’t recall ever encountering so many errors when trying to set up an app—attempting to get going the Zeek’s app was a crappy, frustrating experience that ultimately led to its deletion after 15-20 minutes. Everything from creating an account to verifying the account to entering CC info was buggy.

Smooth after new update
This order went very smoothly, which wasn’t the case a few weeks ago. This time my address search worked well and the customization choices were intuitive.
SO SLOW
The app so so slow. Way faster to use website or Uber Eats.
Old app was easier on my phone
I found that the old app was a little easier on my phone. I noticed when the new one came out, I had to set up my whole new account and enter and everything all over again, which I was hoping it would’ve just converted.
Really hope they didn’t charge a lot for this
I work in the software and all industry, this app is straight out of 2005. Really hope they didn’t charge Zeek’s a lot to build. It works but the user experience is very poor. Zeeks is great though, so this review is 100% related to the app
Local Zeek’s not listed
The Zeek’s five minutes from us isn’t listed, and when ordering through the app we are outside their delivery area. Which is a weird since I could walk there. Love Zeek’s, but hated the old app. The new app is equally befuddling, though I guess for different reasons…? Like the veggie Thai my wife just ordered over the phone: two stars.
